How about housing for just FCs?

Yeppers. Most of the houses on Balmung were taken by individuals rather than FCs, and on some servers you have FCs that span multiple FCs with the same tag that also have multiple houses. SE should have left the subdivisions for individuals and the main areas for FCs only. The crystal clear lack of a singular eff from SE during the rollout of this patch is very telling.

Also, housing is a larger portion of the game to some than others; this is especially true on RP servers. One could consider savage raiding non-critical; that's just too subjective. For my FC it was just too big a deal to cope with. In my family alone we had three accounts which are all unsubbed as of yesterday. We did everything right to get the darn place and all I got for my efforts was a lost night of sleep and a crappy 11 hour work day.
