yes, mathematically you are less deserving than a large FC. if there's only 2 active characters that use your FC house, your airships, your chocobo stable, your garden plots, that's less than a Free Company that has 50+ active subscribers using a similar sized plot. how can that even be a question?

they drew the line at forming companies with is it 3 or 4 players in total? that should be the minimum to buy small plots (active within the last 30 days). medium would require more (8 maybe?), large would require even more (24?). if the number falls below that amount the demolition timer would start.

They could resolve it if they would drop this whole neighborhood idea but until they do housing will remain a cluster !$%& no matter what.
it would be very difficult to take stuff away. i would only apply it going forward to new wards and plots that get reclaimed.

and why are you contradicting yourself? so they come out and admit they made a mistake then what? that's not a solution. if they abandon neighborhoods, you lose your private house which you "like quite a bit". i also don't believe dropping neighborhoods will give them the ability to generate instance housing for every player and free company with more than 5 million gil.
