FC Only Wards

Why is this not a thing? There should be 1 ward in every housing area that is limited to only FC houses. I see time and time again people talking about one of the major housing issues being that there is content gated behind FC houses (mainly the workshop).

It seems like a grossly flawed system to have content that only an FC has access to, and then make it so an FC can not access it without getting a house, knowing full well that there is a good chance that not every FC will be able to get a house.

Instanced FC housing would be another good solution, but for those that want the full ward feel, they should have a ward just for FCs. If at all possible, maybe find a way to bind the house auto demo to more than just the FC leader, so in order to keep a house in the ward, you would need at least 5 active players (with standard accounts maybe?) at all times in the FC, coming and going from the house.

I've requested before that Free Companies get priority on housing.

I think this would be a viable solution. Introduce new wards that are FC-only. Please.

Housing for FCs should be available to buy from the OIC Administrator, instead of the unrealistic lottery it is now.

We all know that person with alts in an FC with 1 person in it that will still buy up several houses its seems there is no real workaround unless the limit a number of houses pers account not just Character. IT crap that people are doing this though. Day 1 of patch 4.1 and all houses are gone all not a single one is owned by an FC, but by a private resident.

Yeah. I am trying to not feel spite and envy but seeing pages of houses and 2/30 per page are FCs is just a kick in the teeth.

the thing is..... many players also just created a FC to use it as a personal house because they pay far less for a plot.. so should be somthing like a FC with around 10 people or more.

This would be a nice idea! But please make the pricing and area different. Like, make it so there are more medium and large houses instead of a slew of small ones while having few medium and fewer large. And FCs can't be allowed to purchase more than one house of this kind. (they can currently purchase multiple houses so long as they have the gil)

Maybe have the number of active people in the FC required to keep the house be higher based on house size if they make FC only wards. I also feel like an FC should be the highest rank before being able to buy a house.

This so much, I don't know why they haven't made FC only wards. Would help solve some FCs into maybe getting a plot on a crowded server rather than having to fight so many people who just want personal housing.
