People don't even want something to be done about it.

They only have two options:
a) Triple to quadruple the total wards, spreading them according to realm pop
b) Disown and reimburse all personal house owners, make wards FC only, minimum 3-5 members with auto demolish if you fall below that, then work on instanced personal housing.

Those are the two ways to effectively tackle the issue. First isn't gonna happen because it would cost them money, second isn't gonna happen because personal house owners would cause an uproar.

I was there on Faerie trying to transfer our FC to a medium.
Found a plot, no-one near it.
Clicked and got error messages 8 times despite having all relevant permissions.
Watched as someone just walked up and bought it from under my nose.

It was fun being in a queue of 126 seconds from restart only to be kicked after waiting for 3 minutes.
