How about people offering ridiculous amount of gil for houses? People are offering 1.2 bil for a large house on my server.

I said people are offering gil, not asking for... either way my question is what to do about that since it's obviously fomenting house flipping.

I am actually curious about this as well.

I guess if both parties are happy with the deal they are getting, there is really no reason it would end up getting reported to a GM?

Yes, if both parties are okay with the deal I'm sure it won't get reported. But 1.2 billion gil for a large house? I would honestly report the seller and grab the plot when they take it from him hahaha.
It's an absurd amount of gil that no one should be made to pay, and it makes it even more unfair to other players who would do anything to get a house.
