Un-eligable for Falcon Mount due to oversight

It mentions that free time is not counted and goes on to say that purchasing at least 90 days makes you meet eligibility. Nowhere on the page does it state free time flat out disqualifies you.

Precisely. The Site never says anywhere that having free time on your account disqualifies you. Only that those days simply don't count towards your total and you need at least 90 days of PURCHASED time. I met this requirement on the 29th early in the morning (EST). Around dawn. So there was over 14 hours left before the window closed, so to speak.

That said:

ARR: $19.99
SBCE: $59.99
Time Card: $29.99

I spent $139.96 on this game and 6 months of gametime. I've even made a couple of Mog Station purchases. An extra $29.99 specifically because of the way the site worded the eligibility requirements.

I feel like I met the requirements, and according to the page, I DID meet them.
Why am I not eligible?

have you looked in the mog station at the link that shows you additional items? it's on the right side below veterans rewards. is the falcon listed there? if not you might need to email a gm. if it is you might just need to go to a delivery moogle and click the button at the top to request delivery.

I got 30 days free for adding a full version mac client even though i had a regular sub already for the pc version. I tossed a 60 day card on there on the 30th to be safe and got mine.
