You could never sit there and and smile to SE if they decided to say "Hey instead of 4.2, we'll do patch 4.169 and add 20 new items to the cash shop. We'll do Patch 4.2 in another 3 months." So that you could turn around and say "Oh! That's a huge load of content added. I like the cash shop items a lot so this is a really big patch!"
Cash shop has zero to do with this discussion at all, so not sure why you're bringing it up. Nowhere in any of my comments did I even mention the cash shop, or how things added to it are/aren't content. You're arguing things that aren't relevant to my comments at all.

Value is subjective. I don't find PvP valuable; I do it for the mounts or when I'm bored, though I've only done Frontlines once since SB dropped. Doesn't mean I'm going to sit here and say any content changed or added to PvP isn't "content." I also don't care for Squadrons, yet I'm not saying the Squadron AI that's being added isn't "content." I am a bard main and I personally find "Perform" an extreme waste of resources, but I'm not going to say it isn't "content."

Just because you (General you) don't find content "valuable" or "worthwhile" doesn't mean that it's not content. SE could have added nothing, but instead they're adding several different things. And while I'm disappointed Eureka isn't in this patch, hopefully this means that they'll spend more time making it a success rather than another Diadem or Lords of Verminion.
