I agree. Avoiding the blind argument is honestly the best thing to do. I'm personally of the solo-preferred playstyle, but I don't hate the party play at all. That should honestly be the extent of it for anyone, regardless of style of choice. This is what the genre is and how the populous chooses to play is their own within the limitations permitted.

Further, as others have pointed out, we have been able to solo dungeons for a long time, now. Yet, years after ARR, I'm still CONSTANTLY, ANNOYINGLY ROLLING THE FIRST 3 DUNGEONS IN EVERY LEVELING ROU FOR 2 WEEKS NOW WTF so, history suggests your concerns are unwarranted.
Well to be fair, it is a different situation given how most jobs/players can't really solo dungeons of their level, unlike how it seems it'll be with Squadrons. That's pretty much it though.

Personally, I'm very excited to have more things to do with my squad. It worked wonderfully in Guild Wars. I hope the system is as well-developed as I'm imagining it to be.
Again, agreed. I don't know how it worked for GW, but if Squadrons can function similarly to how they do in XI with the Trust system, then it'd be quite the improvement to QoL possibilities. Then again, I'd imagine they'll function similar to how NPCs do in current combat situations, which is mindlessly basic. Should work out fine for this game though with that low of an AI.
