Reducing my level

As an example, my GLA is 24 and my MRD is 19. I got everything else to 30 except these two, but why? I had every intention to, but the main reason was the previous cross class system.

My main issue is that you said that it would be easier for you to delevel than to level those classes, when as of 4.0 (with experience buffs) you could get both of those classes to 30 in one or two short play sessions. If delevlling is easier than spending that little amount of time getting those classes to 30 then the problem can't be that important to you.
