Hello I came from a particular old school game where if you aoe'd you get kicked. Coming in to this game expecting to aoe and then a vote to be dismissed commences is pretty rude. With that said if you are unsatisfied with my dps'ing just make a sumple comment eg: When playing RDM just say scatter? or w/e and that's enough for me to go d'oh of course. Just don't insta kick.
