I'd respond much like I do to anyone playing poorly (ie blms without eno, summoners and bards without dots, all that) and ask them nicely, then kick them if they have an attitude. I once said to a single-target nin "Ninja's AoE is good, you know" and their response was to get really defensive then say "kick me if you don' tlike how I play". So I did. And it went through and their tank buddy left too but we got a replacement immediately. So, don't be a jerk, and I won't kick you.

Gotta say it gets really tiresome to hve to tell people in ex roul of all things to use skills they got at lv18, though.
