You may want to contact in-game support and submit a bug report in the bug report forum afterwards if talking to a GM reveals it does appear to be a bug. Someone else had enough time left on their 180 day subscription within the first time period and didn't get it, so I wonder if there's an issue with 180 subscriptions being counted?

Not sure how it works out in the end, but I don't renew my 180 sub until end of October/early November, but I got my Falcon in the first batch. It could be dependant on when you renew your sub, even for the 180 day subs.

Well it's good to know some people with 180 day subs got it, though still curious what stopped hynaku for getting it.
