Where's My Falcon?

It seems like most people have already received theirs. My sub hasn't ever lapsed since 2.0 hit. Yet I don't have my mount. I pre-ordered SB and registered immediately so I'm really not sure what the issue is.
I contacted customer support who in an impressive display of being totally helpless just posted the requirements that are listed on the mount page on Lodestone, followed by suggesting I ask on forums...
So, here is me bypassing the useless "customer support" trying to figure out what the deal is.

Did you at any point since SB obtain any free playtime? That can affect your delivery period. I know this firsthand since I got 15 days of free time when I made a char on a Preferred Server during that campaign they had.

If your sub has never lapsed, your issue is the exact day your payment lands on. You were likely just shy of the first cutoff so you should get it in the second wave that happens in October. I'm in the same boat. I pay for 90 days at a time and my last payment came a few days before the campaign so I won't qualify until my upcoming payment this week meaning I get the mount in October.

This would be correct. Basically, your subscription needed to have three months remaining as of July 1st to qualify for the first batch of Falcons sent out. Keep in mind, if you leveled a character on Omega for free time, that counts against the campaign. So you may need a time card to make up the difference.

I pay my sub on the 5th or so every month. The cut of for getting it this month was 90 days paid for after July 1st by August 1st. Since I paid for the last 30 days after the 1st I'll get mine on Oct 5th.

This makes the most sense because I pay in 3 month cyrsta blocks. I had just came back and hadn't been playing for a year, maybe more but I would have had 3 months future sub around July 1. Sub lapse doesn't seem to have anything to do with it.

Same here, I just paid for the next six months and no mount yet, I better get it by early October or I'll be really mad!...

Well, it's not like that can is such a nice mount anyway, I think they could have done a better vehicle for something so "special", like Cloud's bike!...

I paid my September bill a few days ago. I thought I would have got it when that went through, but nope.
Haven't had any free game time .
It's just weird that everyone else got theirs and I've paid in the exact same way and don't have it. I wish their customer service had actually looked at my account and said "Oh, this is why, just wait X days". But all they did was link me the wording on the page on lodestone. I'd already read that about 10 times before I sent the email.

Campaign period
From Saturday, July 1, 2017 through Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. (PDT)
* If you meet the requirements by the end of August, the mount will be sent to you on or after Tuesday, September 5 via the moogle delivery service.
* If you meet the requirements by the end of September, the mount will be sent to you on or after Thursday, October 5 via the moogle delivery service.

It will check at the end of month if you had subscribed for 90 days since starting of campaign (1st July), so if you sub monthly, the end of August check will count you still sub only for 60 day, you will need to wait for end of this month. I still have to wait for mine too.

For ppl who already got it, they already have more than 90 day subbed in advanced either by game time card or 3/6 month sub cycle.
