I also use the 180 day sub option cause it's cheapest, but haven't seen the Falcon. It's possible I won't get it since my sub renewed in June (before the event) and won't renew again until November (well after the event ends).

Seems like an oversight for people with long-term subs to be left out.

The campaign page says that any remaining time prior to the campaign will be considered...I would message support/GMs to try and figure it out. Just be sure that you have the details of when you last paid, and what type of sub it was.

Mine hasn't showed up either and I see accepted payments on my credit card for 7/15, 8/14, and 9/13... >x>

I would contact customer service as my understanding is it should have calculated you at having met the qualifications for the Falcon drop unless you had free game time due to a server move. Your mailbox isn't full by chance?


It would have been nice and the right thing to do to notify players when they have qualified. This would reduce a lot of the uncertainty and forum threads for those of us on monthly subscriptions. SE should also have notified those players with free play time that they would need to buy additional time to qualify.

Because your payment was on 9/13 You are in the second wave. You didn't have 90 days until that payment happened so you missed the cutoff to get it in Sept. You should receive it Oct 5th

It's weird how they send them out in waves instead of just..whenever you meet the requirement like with all the other rewards. I'll get mine in Oct, no real rush..all the mounts do the same thing anyway lol.

I keep double checking the campaign info and correct me if I'm misreading, but I believe it says all characters on the service account will receive it, but for some reason I've only received it on one of 2 characters that both existed for years prior to this event.

Did I miss a caveat on that somewhere?

On the character missing it, check to make sure you clear out all the old mail in their mailbox and hit that button to the top of the mail window to attempt to collect any items that may be held back due to too much mail. If after clearing it and hitting that button, it still doesn't get through then contact a gm.

I get why they did it this way, but honestly, this wasn't a shining moment for them in terms of a subscription reward.

Let's plaster the campaign all over the place, oh and by the way, some of you who have been loyal subscribers from the start and have a recurring payment set up can do *nothing* to get it in September.

Yes you can... change your recurring payment so it's not monthly and for one time only purchase 90 days or 180 days then change it back after the payment has gone through. You can't have it on the earlier date if you haven't actually subscribed for the 90 days by that point. But if you wanted it earlier, you had the means to make that happen.
