Exdeath Enhanced Blizzard III instakill?

It's a Savage Bug... it's an insta kill if you aren't moving. Happened a number of times in parties I've been in.

So savage version always instakills? Havent gotten O4 savage yet. So then I guessed right and its randomly using the savage version of the attack if thats what it is.

Getting frozen in Savage doesn't kill you - it does hit like a truck though and you're prone to lose DPS (which means messing up the necessary DPS check to clear). I feel like it only does 20-25K at max though, even in Savage.
