Exdeath Enhanced Blizzard III instakill?

It's a Savage Bug... it's an insta kill if you aren't moving. Happened a number of times in parties I've been in.

So savage version always instakills? Havent gotten O4 savage yet. So then I guessed right and its randomly using the savage version of the attack if thats what it is.
