[Proposal] Instanced Gardening

Err, sorry if I wasn't clear I definitely had in my mind that each player would only have a single gardening instance. The extra gardening from houses/apartments exist in the form of their gardening plots in the yard and flower pots. Would be a nice touch to be able to enter the instance from either your house, apartment or inn (whichever applies).

There is still the potential concern of people creating multiple alts to take advantage of the gardening instance, but I'm sure SE could come up with some obnoxious road blocks to make this less likely.

I honestly forget what the requirement for gardening in FFXI was or if there even was one. But people already did whatever it takes to buy multi houses on a ton of alts so I would imagine people would do this again but that is just something you gota live with. ^^ I would also just do away with gardening plots for anything but decoration.

Could be kind of cool to be able to grow decorative plants I suppose And if every player now has gardening access, I guess there would not be the need for the pots/plots. I imagine there would be some initial outcry as features are being taken away, but it would definitely level the playing field so to speak.


And just for clarification, I absolutely hate how SE implemented housing. :X It seems wrong to not be able to provide housing to all players in a non-competitive subscription game. In a perfect world, SE would scrap everything and start over, but this is SE we're talking about, and we can't have a lot of basic things. Just trying to come up with ideas that could make things a bit more fair, and bring game features to all players :X
