What's up with healers not healing?

You know what bothers me the most?


Heal-only healers cant even effin heal.



Just last night, I did my weekly V4 normal, and this other healer couldnt dps, nor actually keep the group alive nor keep himself alive. He died like 3 times while I kept everyone up and dpsing.
Like, its one thing if you dont dps or dont dps much....but if you cant even fulfill your primary role in this game when its the ONLY thing youre focusing on....please roll a dps.

and there aren't much times where there is downtime to DPS. (Omega in this case.)

When everyone is dying all day and not moving from AoE's.
50 times in a single run then yup. No time for me to DPS.

Don't forget the DPS stance tanks with 4+ vuln stacks that have never heard the term "cooldown".

Or the tanks that don't use a stance...period. Had that in a Mentor Roulette yesterday(went as RDM, got Ifrit EX...had to ask three times for the PLD to put Shield Oath on...we wiped after each one because I took agro, even with using all my enmity reduction CDs)
