People seem to forget they are reusing old assets. The resource cost to establish an instance area and scale some numbers isn't remotely comparable to creating something new from whole cloth. Simply put, you would get nothing else if they opted not to do this. Regardless, if we're going to only cater to a majority, that line of logic can be applied elsewhere. Should Machinist be deleted since by SE's own estimations only 5% of people have even bothered leveling it to 60? What about crafting or gathering? I suspect more people cleared Creator than crafted. Should they stop bothering with that too? Brutal difficulty is a single encounter using minimal resources to reward hardcore raiders. If it winds up not being popular, the devs may not continue. But to whine about its inclusion now is simply selfish.
