And content longevity in all aspects of the game have long been one of the most complained about design aspects of the game. MMOs are maliable, just because content has come outdated quickly in the past, doesn't mean it has to be. I would still run SCOB (savage) in my downtime for the rewards if they meant anything anymore (which they don't because of unsync, not because it is old).
This is exactly my thought process, thanks for being a first hand example.I support this. As someone who earned a couple SCOB titles before unsyncing, it felt kind of bad to go back through and stomp them later, completely disregarding mechanics. They should only give titles or rewards when content is synced, if it's supposed to be that challenging.
