After throwing some time and Gil at testing, it does appear that progress can fail in certain circumstances. Adding 3 Craft was insufficient to fix this, but adding 6 was enough to make sure it completes exactly even with no procs. I've updated the rotation to state this requirement. (Did not test 4 or 5 more, but playing it safe.). I've achieved this by melding 2xCraft I materia, but it could be covered by any method.

The old Craft requirement will be enough if you choose to up your CP by using HQ Tempura or adding a CP Tea, but the point of the rotation was to use just NQ Tempura. Given how cheap Craft I materia are, the extra melds seem the best way to go.

Sorry for the confusion. Love the rotation now that I'm confident it's fixed!
