Thanks for this Tayler, it's great work. If you're willing to be a tiny bit looser with the stats, you can turn this into a 100% guaranteed macro - i.e. immune to Poor.

Tesla

Craft 1346 (26 more than minimum, so needs to use Soul, melds and/or Craft Tea to hit)
Control 1220 (minimum)
CP 515 (max melded + NQ Tempura)
Requires specialist with Stroke of Genius

If you get Good/Excellent on the step before BB, it gets eaten by ToT and the 20 CP pays for the CS3(Ing2)/CS3/CS2 needed to finish the craft. If you do not, the ToT and CS3x2 fail, but then CS2(Ing2)/CS2(Ing2)/CS2 will complete. Effectively this macro branches itself.
