Is Dissipation really that bad?

Again what are you spending mana on? Of course you wouldn't summon the fairy while your tank is getting mauled but when put into perspective your fairy is indeed more mana-efficient than anything we can pull off undissipated. For myself I'm contemplating just reserving Swiftcast usage around Dissipation when I foresee complications and saying "sucks to suck" to dps that dick around and get killed during mechanics. Plus rezzing with fairy out is optimal.

So what's the point of this thread if you're just going to outright dismiss the opinions of SCHs that disagree with your own?
