How would the playerbase feel about buying a housing plot from the MogStation?

I already have issues with buying more retainers via mog station, namely I don't think I should pay more per month for enough storage space for all of my items/glamours.

I think we would be better served with more plots in general.

I don't think I would be against it IF those and exclusively those were instanced and smaller. Like imagine it were an apartment building. So basically you had the trade off of an easy home, but it wouldn't feel as great as having your unique house.

Honestly adding more wards probably wouldn't help that much, flipping plots is very lucrative.

Simple cause SE need to get off they ass and just give us more wards whenever the last one added fills up.

Would also cut down on flipping houses because they can't hold a monopoly on it if a new one is created each time they buy it up.

Instead of fixing stuff, this will only encourage SE to release half-assed features that require the Mog Station so people can use it better.

An example is the inventory issue, players who want more space need to buy the retainer from the Mog Station. You can have up to 8 retainers and each cost 1 euro. The inventory issue is something that SE has, but they decided to capitalize on it and charge the players extra money. If SE wanted, they could have given all the players free 8 retainers, but they know that this will bring in 8 euro + subcription fee per month, so they wont change this.

Asking for stuff to come to the Mog Station, instead ingame is a dangerous path. Housing should be avaliable for everyone the only barrier should be ingame gil required to purchase an house. SE needs to sort this out, letting 1 player buy a whole ward is wrong and while the player is selfish in doing this, he/she could only do this, because of SE bad planning.

On my server some of the famous players who own a whole neighbourhood are already talking about how they are going to buy a whole ward in Shirogane, this needs to be stopped. 1 private house and FC house per server!

Housing in this game is amazing. But it needs to be one account= one house. This is the first step towards more players getting to experience the wonderful housing system.

If you don't care about staying subbed for long durations or getting into the nitty gritty.Apartments are nice for decorating and being casual. But when you want more, and have a close knit group of friends who play together often. The housing system is amazing.

The redistribution of player population to new and underpopulated servers over time will help things, and it seems to me that SE wants much of that movement to happen before they open Shirogane specifically to ease the immediate rush for housing.

But there is a massive draw back to that, many people who server transferred did so for either the rewards or to escape the NA server explosion, even I transferred to escape that mess. And I can tell from what I seen there are tons of people wanting to go back to NA. After the 90 day probationary period ends, the NA servers are going to see a likely increase of players again. If they open the wards now, they will get bought up immediately, now if they wait until after the 90 day server lockout, they're playing with fire because the fact every server except the few truly congested will be open back up, and we might see a resurgence of congestion.

I think their definition of what is and is not congested needs adjusting. I'm on behemoth and I can't remember the last time it was open for character creation, it's housing wards are full, and have been pretty much forever, and yet we are not a congested world.
