


That could be another way to do it. But with the 60s cooldown and aetherflow stack cost, I think it should be more generous on potency myself.I don't know what I think about Excog at the moment. I definitely think it needs to be change but I'm not sure how. At the moment, I have started leaning towards not using it due to it's marginal increase over lustrate and unpredictability. My initial thought was maybe have it start at something around 500 potency and over the course of the 30s have it go up to something like 700 - 750. The user can then have the option to set it off whenever they like with the heal potency based on how long its been on the target.
