Really? BRD and PLD buffs? No DRG buffs? No SCH buffs? No changes to PI for WHM? These WAR buffs are minimal and not really what they need. This patch is a joke.

Those changes aren't coming until 4.05, where they've got enough data from Omega (Normal) to assert what kind of buffs/changes are required.

Do you have evidence that we don't that it is coming in 4.0? So far, all we know points to 4.1-4.1x, not 4.0. And not 4.2, either. Logic and common sense would dictate 4.1-4.1x.

You're the one with all the proof of it being 4.1, I never claimed it to be in 4.0 like you are pretending I did. Nothing is pointing to anything except Yoshi's "I think". You don't even know how many patches will be in the 4.0 series.
