♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥

Well the thing is that the animation make you think we kill them all but look at the dungeon where we fight the maelstrom or the coliseum, we don't kill those dude we just defeat them but they still have a death animation. So maybe we don't kill as much as we think. We surely do kill some people tho tho.

I have to admit Zenos was a pretty cool villIan and what I thought was interesting is he claimed the echo was basicly like our version of tempering but like 2 oposing waves the stronger overtakes the weaker kind of implying the wol is like a primal/eikon themselves
Just food for thought I've suspected this to be true for awile now but all in all zenos is the villain we never knew we wanted lol he just wanted a worthy oponent

He had the most perfect and shapely lips as well ;;

To be honest, when it comes down to it, Zenos was kind of a bland character... He was a big and powerful threat, he looked awesome and I enjoyed the battles against him, but his personality boiled down to "insane blood knight".
Yotsuyu on the other hand, oh boy did I want her to suffer in the most painful way possible. As glad as I was to see Gogetsu alive after the credits, I did not enjoy seeing Yotsuyu alive as well. Please don't let her become a Karma Houdini and please don't give her a redemption arc, she is simply an utterly vile woman whose childhood does nothing to excuse her wicked sadism. I pray she gets what's coming to her, and I pray we'll be the ones to deliver it to her personally.
Thankfully the setting is much more nuanced than 'good' and 'evil'. Yotsuyu is a very interesting character because she is so broken - and whilst she has done horrific things she has hardly beyond redemption. Furthermore she highlights that Doma wasn't necessarily a pleasant place and that whilst screaming about 'liberation' is all well and good it matters little if the mistakes of the past are not acknowledged. You can't blame Doma's rot before Garlemald's occupation on Garlemald itself which is what a lot of people seem to be doing. Yotsuyu was only ever shown kindness at the hands of Garlemald.
There's also a considerable amount of people who prefer this game's antagonists to the protagonists so killing off every antagonist and holding them fully to account will only serve to make the story very bland.
