Zenos Appreciation Thread [Massive Spoilers]

I hated Lyse this expansion. I wanted to punch the shit out of her just to make her shut up for the majority of the time she was talking.

I'm assuming she's changed VAs. I could be wrong but her voice is definitely not pleasant to hear just because of how fake and forced her VAs voiced her. Zenos was great because he pushed us to our limits. We're the WoL. Literally nothing can touch us but Zenos proved otherwise.

Yeah, you dont know what you are talking about. Her voice was in no way even forced. Do you even know what a good character is?

I find her personality annoying. She was in the "who am I stage" for too long. Emotional people like that annoy me to no end. Also for Zenos, he pushed us to our limits which is what we needed. I think everyone needs a person like that in their lives who will push them to their ultimate potential. You may not like the methods or the person, but the results speak for themselves.

I'm amazed to see people like Zenos. I mean he had a cool design but not much else of him was great. Lyse is the best character in this expansion by a long mile. Her voice actress knocked it out of the park.

Even Tough it was considered Lyse's Expansion, she was nothing more than a damsel in distress the whole fuckin time. She was really incredible annoying! The only character I hated more than Lyse was Fordola, which again wasn't solely not killed because Lyse is such a whimpy damsel.
Oh god, I swear if Fordola gets an redemption arc you all gonna hear from me again. I will rant this Forum!

tl;dr: So far this game is running for three years now? And the only good characters the game has created is Estenien, Gosetsu and Zenos. At least likeable characters include Hien, Aymeric, Minfilia and Thancred. The rest? Utterly rubbish, second to none stands the WoL.

Lyse was done poorly, everything was about getting her motivated, rather than getting her skilled enough in leadership (because she wasn't fit to rule, and still isn't), but maybe that part of the plot will still come.. she should fail miserably, and we probably will need to fix that mess.

Fordola should get a redemption arc imo, after a punishment arc where she's gonna pay for her sins. I don't want to see her die, she might be an interesting ally/rival to the WoL later in the story.

Good point, I hope they have a lot in store for Lyse during the patches, because during the leveling MSQ she was pretty much just following us around. Even Tancred who barely showed up managed to achieve far more than Lyse who followed us during the whole history.

Zenos is actually the only char I rly appreciated as a Person in this game. I think he was the only one to actually understand out character more than the Scions themselves. He asked if we take a walk in the garden for the next hours wich i replied yes, for the simple reason. I wanted to walk with the man who is my enemy hut yet somehow a man I can appreciate. Shall he rest in piece, he deserved a better death.
