My only real complaints with the 4.0 WHM are:

1) Plenary Indulgence is useless which is terribly disappointing for a new max level skill. Confession needs to go away and PI need to cost and consume lilies imo, with potency of the heal determined by the number of lilies consumed. As it works right now, PI is generally a waste of bar space and RNG at PI's level has no place in healing as far as I'm concerned.

2) No group utility buff. If Presence of Mind or Thin Air affected the whole party I'd be satisfied.
