No. Doing this would turn crafters into a second tier class. They're a primary class, and should be treated accordingly. Make the crafting process more fun and the grind isn't a problem.

No, they are not primary classes. They never should have been and should not be treated as such, and in trying to fit crafting into everything is what caused problems from the start. Crafts are secondary things players can pick up, and with SOME time and effort, get to max level. They should NOT be your second full time, 40+ hr/week job. It's ridiculous in its current state.

Your opinion of what crafters should be is not fact. They ARE classes just like anything else in this game. Tough if you don't like it.
