It hardly matters what you or they want to do. It only matters what the game maker wants us to do and how they want us to do it. I sincerely doubt SE wants players doing about 40 leves in the span of three hours at about 10k xp a pop.

I doubt they care how many leves we do in an hour, thats why they added a leve allowance of 4 leves per 12 hours.

And you are clearly wrong, they ask for our feedback because they care what we want, stop with this bullshit that your opinion is the only one that makes sense and truely matters.
