Reason tank DPS stat was changed to STR

So I could possible understand if there are good dps cds, I'd rather take them instead of threat modifiers. Unless they are absolutely necessary for a particular instance, like provoke would be.

All dps cooldowns are granted by the class now save for healers cleric stance. There is zero reason for a dps to not take the enmity reducers if they don't have one. Hell on my red Mage I need both. I can grab some wicked threat.
