Gravity--an iconic spell of Time Mage--belongs to Astro here. Time Dilation for Astro is the equivalent to Time Mage's Extend spell. There's also this link in the 50-60 storyline for Astro:

The primary antagonist in the 50-60 storyline is claimed to be an Astro so strong that he could stop time.
