It's up to them. It would be great if people worked as a team and weren't to soft to take advice. However this isn't a perfect world. People pay their fees so they can play any way they like. Only advice is to black list them to prevent being in same party. Also keep in mind it's a new job combat system so it will take time for some players to adjust. Pestilence...errr persistence is the key.

Anyone who say "You don't pay my sub" should get kicked from the party, because he also don't pay the sub of the other players for the wasted time

Many people who played from the beginning of HW till SB came out still had issue with playing their class. So I don't think the only issue is new combat system, it's more about effort. I can't tell if your post is sarcastic or not, but if it's not, this is the attitude most people hate. Otherwise your post wasn't so bad at all .

I agree with you to a certain extense. Sure they paid to play a game which main focus to improve yourself and maximize the enjoyment is to socialize so you better work to do better so other people would want to play with you.

The other players paid their fee as well so everybody is equal and have the right and obligation to ask the cooperation of everybody.

In case we get people who don't want to do it, then they are welcome to solo the game to their heart content.
