    0/10. Im mashing 3 buttons and wait until the other 2 Buttons get Ready again. It feels like PvP got castrated, on My pld im mashing only 2 buttons and wait for the others.
    Im only using PvP as a leveling Option for my DPS now. everything is better than to wait 60 minutes for one dungeon... the sad Thing is: Se probably thinks that people love PvP now because there are so many people playing it... no SE its only because of the EXP.

    pvp has never been great in this game, but if you learned your class and were able to streamline what abilities were important you could really excel. Now it's just spam 1 or 2 with the occasional ogc ability. It's so brainless and boring, it feels terrible to play as a melee.

    My complaints really mirror most people's in this thread, meaningless ranks, optional abilities that aren't really optional because if you don't pick them you are gimped severely, boring play, lack of abilities to use overall.

    Seriously what were they thinking with some of these changes, I try to look at it without bias and be purely analytical but I just can't see the reasoning.

    tldr these changes for the worst~

    I think 5/10. The new skill system, lack of equipment, and general mechanics are great. Where it all falls apart IMO is that rhyme or reason to anything that actually happens during a match.

    -- There's literally no point in trying to win. You get a ton of xp and wolfmarks either way which is nice for leveling up and us glamour fiends, but it means people don't try. Personally, with dps queues being unfathomably terrible this expansion, I don't think nuking the exp gain is the way to go unless you want to have everyone stop playing pvp. A nerf to 2nd and 3rd places exp reward would probably be nice, but nothing too crazy. More items exclusive to first place would also do wonders. You see how everyone is going nuts over those fox ears, right? Add a fox tail or other dumb stuff to pvp, I dunno. Make it cost 1000 victories and don't retroactively allow wins. Seems extreme I know, but the point is there needs to be some reason for people to try. I, for one, don't even bother calling anything out anymore. What's the point? No one is going to listen because no one cares.

    -- Healers are a little too powerful imo. 3-4 people shouldn't have trouble downing 1 person just because they have a healer/are healing themselves.

    -- Several other jobs just seem one step away from being broken

    -- Every game devolves into stupid zerg rush/team deathmatch/base grabbing, the latter of which is way too easy. I think MOBA-style defense towers would go a long way to dissuading this mentality. Make people think twice about just running up on another team's base and/or make them be smart about it. As it is now, just send 1 or two people to roll up on a base and they'll take it over 99% of the time.

    Now everyone can "be good" or kill a good player by doing a super easy rotation.

    We now depend on the team, which is a good thing, except now any premade will roflstomp harder than before and no pug group will be able to do any sort of team play.

    The only good thing is that with so few buttons I can switch from keyboard to controller.

    I like the update, great all around. Some things really do need tweaking though... like how OP healers are in duels? lol or maybe how theres no team q's whats so ever. I want to pvp with my friends and teammates in some competition. Add feast for teams? 4v4 or 8v8? I don't want to be forced to q the gank/lag/afk'ing central that frontlines has become because I want to q with more than one friend at a time. Please add 4v4 team q's PLEASE

    Largest plus: queues have gotten faster, allowing the leveling of DPS via PvP, though this feels less practical for melee unless willing to gimp one's own team. (See below.)

    There's a bit more action, but mostly to the effect of rushing to one's death or stacking ranged to create the same effect among the other teams. I also like the TP system for the most part, though I wish Sprint were baseline as a TP drain toggle with a small up-front cost (and therefore minimum duration).

    That said, the arsenal themselves feel hollow at best. While I don't mind the key stacking where there is no reason ever to use a particular combo out of order, and would even like the option in PvE, with that included I feel like 16 to 24 skills should be the aim, not a mere 12. Tanks also now feel more of a one-trick pony grab-and-gank role than protective or harassing, for better or (imo) worse.

    Okay, last time I posted I was too kind. After doing more matches in Frontlines I got to give it a 1/10.

    The only upside with the new PvP changes is that I can queue up for PvP as a DPS and press 1-1-1-1 - instead of waiting 60 min plus to get a dungeon run.

    4/10. I was in love with it at first, it was something completely different and new- but after a few matches of FL it just got outright boring and I wanted my old PvE skills back.
    In previous PvP I mained DRK and got relatively good at it, loved duelling WARs and PLDs and getting them to 5% (then losing, because... DRK) or sometimes even winning, it was great fun having to manage all my tools to perform well. Now they completely broke duels, just play DRK, spam 1-1-1 Souleater combo to win ... lol.

    I'm also a PvP mentor who knew how to play Ranged, Healer and Tank and loved to share my tips and tricks with people who wanted them.. I honestly don't know why the crown is still there, it's all just 1-1-1-2-3-1-1-1-2 ... you don't need to learn how to play, there's nothing to learn.

    You can't queue up in a premade for roulette frontline
