If level sync balance mattered then Scholar wouldn't exist. Baelsar's Wall isn't balanced around Sheltron because instanced dungeons are balanced around fingerless blind people playing through a voice to text interface.

Even if you dont like the way he said it, he is right. They dont balance dungeons to where is you dont have this one supplementary skill you wont win. Sorry if it sucks that you can use it as much but aside from a tankbuster or a cleave that little block didnt do much but give you a shield swipe.
