I was a Warrior main for almost all of HW. But im not sticking to that in SB. 6 Fealcleaves.. yeah.. but with much smaller numbers... its a less quality and more quantity thing. IF i stay Tank then its gonna be Paladin. Otherwise im going Sam.

They still have 2 weeks for changing .. Who knows ? Maybe they will re-think it a little meanwhile ...

hopefully, the reaction of the warrior players has been mixed so far even a bit negative SE should change it when there's still time and not let the players wait 3 months in 4.1 to finally get it

This a thousand times except for the mitigation bit. I believe warriors have significant mitigation abilities currently. Those massive pulls with vengeance, awareness and blood bath. Amazing. Though, while vengeance and awareness is awesome, such a thing wouldn't be possible with just vengeance and awareness. Or at least not without the healer having to focus on just healing.
I don't want to be a tank that JUST dishes out damage. If I wanted that I would go with any number of the DPS roles. Warrior's thing was always the self sustaining ability.
What makes warrior 4.0 unique among the tank roles now? More cleaves? How is that helping me tank any better?
I believe the DEVs should have focused on a means to improve warrior's self healing abilities instead of dubbing warrior the damage dealing tanking class. I love deliverance and think it was a nice addition from 3.0 but it is not what makes a warrior in my opinion.

Also losing rage while switching stances makes things unnecessarily complicated, I thought we were trying to make is less so.
I'm not seeing a good reason to stick with warrior at the moment and I really dislike the MP management associated with paladin and dark knight so I definitely won't be switching to those if warrior turns out to be a bust.

i am quite sure it will be a bust, i don't know why SE even make abilities like that in the first place if in the end they're gonna fix it pre release, they should've known that before anyone else that people won't like the direction they're taking(well except people who don't like warrior i am sure they are reveling in joy right now)Also losing rage while switching stances makes things unnecessarily complicated, I thought we were trying to make is less so.

i've never understood the mentality of "wait and see if they change it. They're not going to UNLESS people actively criticize them for it.

i know right, if we're not complaining SE will take it like there are no problem in the game and they will proceed as they intended, which is not a good thing for us

Because raw data is a bigger instrument of change than the vocal minority.
A very small amount of people are actually part of this official forum, and while they do hear (for better or for worse) us it is more often than not taken with a grain of salt.
however, if people stop playing a job all together; if the amount of people clearing endgame content with X job is much lower than projected expectations that is how you get a developer's attention. It is somewhat similar to shifting metas pvp based games. "x weapon/character/class is intrinsically superior to the majority", so the majority ends up using that exclusively.
actions speak louder than words. If either dark knight or warrior are bad enough come 4.0, people will stop playing them for a better designed, or more entertaining job. same thing happened in 2.0 where warriors were stunted in progression due to being a reactive tank rather than a preemptive one.
