I can't believe the amount of EU players whining about their latency and threatening to quit.

When the EU data servers were moved/created, you chose to stay on the NA servers for whatever reasons you did. You knew you would still have to deal with latency, because people chose to stay with their friends/statics, etc.

And yet, they are getting another free transfer with extra bonus exp up to level 60, and gil and free time supposedly... It's on the lodestone right now. Quoted text below.

Addition of EU Data Center Worlds and Improvements to Population Distribution

All Worlds on the EU data center are presently experiencing high levels of player congestion. To resolve this issue, new Worlds will be added at the release of 4.0.
Moreover, players who to transfer to or create new characters on designated Worlds across all data centers will receive special bonuses as described below.
* Pleased be advised the bonuses planned for implementation are subject to change.

Bonuses

Transfers to designated Worlds will be free of charge.
EXP bonuses will be applied to designated Worlds (up to level 60).
Gil and free play time will be awarded to newly created characters that reach a certain level on designated Worlds.
