Important Information Regarding North American Data Center Relocation

I live in Buffalo, and my pings to the new data center are so bad that I'd be better off playing on the Japanese servers.
My pings to the Europe data center are still much worse, but my pings to the NA center have nearly tripled with this. x_x
It's actually to the point that, despite being in the NA, I'm on the border of "playable ping" based on the developers' statements.

This is an issue with your internet. Even if you live on the very edge of the east coast if you have reasonable internet your ping won't be much higher than what west coasters have been getting this entire time (100ish).

That's an issue on your end or your service provider. There's absolutely no reason why your ping would be better on the JP servers if you're in Buffalo.
