    They haven't mentioned prices yet. I'm expecting to pay full price then go to the caretaker to get a refund for your old plot that your relinquished at 80% of value.

    The way they mentioned the prices being the same as they are now, we'll be paying full price for the new plots. I wouldn't expect to get anything back for the loss of the old plot though. The intention of the 80% return is to give you a bit back if the system takes your house on its own. If you relinquish or move, that was a choice you made.
