Absolutely correct. There is a series of options with checkboxes, allowing you to control tenant access to everything from furnishings, to chocobo stabling, to gardening. Doesn't do anything for apartment owners at the moment, but it could be implemented for them (and should).

Personally, would love to see the two following ideas implemented further down the road:

• Interior wall mimicking partition.

There's a lot of great looking interior walls, however, getting some to match with partitions can be a little bit of a nightmare for those of us that wish to have it perfect. Most of the walls don't have too large of a repeating pattern; it would be nice to have a partition that specifically checked to see what interior wall was being used on that floor and then apply a section of it as its skin.

For the issue of resource, the mimicking could stay permanent once in place, with the only solution of changing the partition to a new mesh by destroying it and placing down an entirely new partition. It could also only force a check for the matching mesh once placed, meaning you could place a new interior wall, pick up the partition to reset it and then place it down again to update to the new wall. The latter could open up to more combinations of decor.

• Ceiling light 'removal.'

Lately, I've been finding myself more and more annoyed that I have to plan my decor around this hanging light in the middle of the room. While being able to move the light might be nice, I'd propose something of an 'Emperor's New Light' that effectively set the lighting to 0 for that floor while removing the decoration completely until replaced by another fixture. There are plenty of nice lamps and alternative options, but currently, housing lights are all or nothing (in that both floors are light or none are). This could allow one floor to have ceiling light while another can have moodier lighting (like bedrooms, saunas or restaurant themes).

Chances are someone already made these suggestions. If not, welp, here ya go~

Mahogany door matches the Riviera interior and looks utterly grotesque in any other house with any other wall/partition combination.
Please give us a door partition that fits the GLADE- Lavender beds interior.
This has probably already been suggested, This is probably one of the most sought after housing items right now. Please 'Like' this.

Yes! I have recently realized that I never change my wallpapers due to the glaring contrast of the wooden support pillars built into the walls. I would love to make them invisible.

I would love to have a single person bathtub with suds inside, maybe with bubbles flying up in the air too. I think that would be cute.
