Be able to warp from one part of city to another instead of walking all the way. Kind of like FFXI's Windurst teleport taru's

Problem with this one is YoshiP promised there isn't much thinking needed when choosing which GC to join, now the reps are saying that the warping feature will only work better on your own GC city so JP players are like WTF!?
