A consern about space efficieny since stormblood is not getting enough space increase

Assuming retainers get the extra inventory as well that's an extra 120 slots, plus armory chest. It's not bad.

If tokens and currencies are moved to the quest/key items inventory as well, I'll be sorted for space for quite a while.

+10 on every armory slot is 120 extra in and of itself. added to the +40 on inventory is 160 extra for player characters. So assuming 2 free retainers also with +40 that's a total of +240 slots. Retainers of course are configured for more regular inventory and no armory. So they have that enhanced 175 inventory. Perhaps they will go as far as 200 slots with retainers? Has anything been specifically confirmed for retainer space?

I counted them that way because of the crap ton of gear my retainers are holding right now which would almost instantly be moved to the armory chest, freeing up approximately 120 inventory slots somewhere in my combined inventory in the process.

Exactly. We've been saying it for awhile you need to be able to put more stuff in the armory. I would help immensely not having my retainers holding all the gear sets i have. I know culinary is big offender. Same thing goes with recipes that require 2.0 mats. We are keeping extra stuff we shouldn't be keeping. I am fine with waiting for the server status to be fixed but there have to be some drastic increases or measures to sort this out.
