I think devs should leave things as they are as it teaches a valuable life lesson to those that do not properly read & utilize permissions that are in place already in the menus.

Not sure if you're trolling here Doki, but I'll bite.
As people have stated above, there is no warning given and no other game I know of handles promotions like this.
Leaving things as they are means that FC Leaders either take a risk so they can delegate or have to pretty much handle the entire running of their FC by themselves; that is an awful lot of work with an active FC.

As to 'valuable life lessons', those are delivered free of charge to most of us outside the game. I don't think we need enable scamming inside just so FC Leaders can get a second dose. You also ignore the plight of FC members who lose gil, items and maybe even their house through absolutely no fault of their own.
