Maybe but majority, if not all, female summons are always sexy in some way. However, if you want a ugly female Primal then Anima would do just fine

They could just make a new one. There are many myths around the world, for example here we have the "Cuca", a female crocodile witch that kidnaps children.

I wish female primals were more like monsters and less like humans, like Ifrit, Leviathan, etc. I don't really look for this stuff but it's becoming so blatant.
