OP, you have a personal LB, it's called Flare
Limit Break is a really bad mechanic, even if we got personal level 1 ones, the tank and healer ones are still worse than our general cooldowns (ie Sentinel, Indomitability).
Personally I hated that they took away my Meteor... wish LB3 were still based on role.
I find it bitterly funny how this has already been done and implemented in PvP but has gone unnoticed. . .
If FFXI it's group-based, with the added requirement of timing and the correct selection of weapon skill for the skill chain required .. there's a reason many parties in FFXI never got off a useful skill chain!
Yes, Weapon Skills were useful spike damage but their main reason to exists was for skill chains.
Also, if this were added every fight in the game would have to be re-balanced due to the large increase in per-player DPS that would result.

Would like a personal limit break, but given how massive they already are... I mean, just imagine -4- Meteors going off at once. Pretty sure the game would die. Though I'd be happy if Black Mages had a 5 minute cooldown Meteor spell as well. Hardly ever get to LB3.
I just want to personally do something. I dislike that right now its more of "Better decide up front who LBs..."
I mean want party damage or boosts? FFXI did it, We comboed them for skillchains!
Sounds like XI's TP system. No thanks.
