I don't think it matters, though. We're talking about people who might, hypothetically, burn through their leves on more than 8 characters on a regular basis. High level characters at that, because leve gains rise with level.

What do you think, how many people are going to reap a substantial advantage from that? One, maybe three?

Yep, agree, how much someone pay for his sub isn't related with in game advantages over other people. Legacy and standard accounts have allowed exactly the same 40 characters.

But what I'm saying is I can get 40 characters at less cost than someone else.
Meaning I'm spending less money to stack a bajillion levequests allowances. Meaning it's financially easier for me to get the achievement. That's unfair.
