I want account-wide achievements so much.
I have over a dozen characters that I play (5 more regularly than the rest) and it would cost hundreds of dollars to obtain the rewards I have already earned from holiday events on some of them... that's kinda weird and gross!

When I think of account-wide achievements I think it means that if I as a player have earned a reward for completing an achievement I should be able to redeem that reward from a calamity salvager or from the achievement menu on my characters.

I don't think account-wide achievements should necessarily mean sharing progress towards individual achievements (ex. multiple characters working towards hunt kills or On A Boat).
Like for sure it would be nice, but being able to acquire the rewards I've already earned matters so much more to me than making grindy achievements more convenient.

I know this is true for some players but as someone who has already spent hundreds of dollars buying things I've already obtained on my main I wouldn't care as long as it's fixed going forward.
Mog station purchases just shouldn't be necessary for players who already earned the items - the sooner they fix it the better.
