    It was actually fun for me after trying it out for the first time today. Also, i got my 275 anima and i\\'m not even mad that there\\'s a chance-based better weapon in the diadem, since it\\'s the end of 3.x anyway. Anima will become a fodder for the new relic quest and all of our armours will be replaced, by the time we hit 70

    <_< Or heck even add gimmicks that allow FC airships to do something in Diadem to influence it more.

    Could even come with it's own drawbacks. You get so many opportunities to explore, but the more you explore, the more you damage the airship and the more damage it suffers the longer you have to wait before you can use that airship again. So the risk reward involves taking the chance to explore to unlock a hidden location, node, boss, or other unique Emergency Missions.

    Honestly, it's just the one thing that really bugs me about HW, they made such a big deal about airships and Diadem and how they would be such a big part of Diadem and yet the content/their involvement is just disappointing.

    I hope Airships don't get forgotten and that they can have some influence in the future, if anything my only suggestion would be for FC unable to get housing, just grant them an instance in which they can create 1 airship but they can only create said airship if they have at least 4 people in their FC.

    Some people's main or sole purpose in making an anima was to have a BiS weapon from completion until SB. A reasonable goal, since the relic was BiS until HW. Those people saw all their hard work invalidated after just nine days with no warning. That's one of the reason people are complaining. Others don't like that a BiS weapon was gated behind four layers of RNG. We're supposed to want them, otherwise they wouldn't be i280...but at the same time they are all but impossible to get. Another concern is that this sets a dangerous precidence. That SE will decide they can invalidate gear on whim anytime they need to throw a big enough carrot into content they think people won't run otherwise.

    IJS, people don't really comprehend how long it takes to develop something. We could assume the new diadem was being worked on the moment SE decided it could possibly be remade for the better. They probably pushed it as quickly as they could, but I'd be willing to bet everything scheduled for releases (patches, expansion and the like) had a much higher priority than the remake.

    I'll be honest diadem 2.0 is alot better than 1.0 imo is it perfect? no. Dose it have room for improvement? Most defanitly, but they tryed and it is an improvement and I'm thankful that they tryed but hey new ex-pack new opertunitys to do better

    No it wasn't it invalidated both silver and bronze chests, that was my point only 210 gear was useful the rest was fodder for spoils not to mention that new players had to farm tomes to get to do everything in 3.1, diadem was supposed to be an alternative way of gearing so tomes shouldn't have been a necessity to get inside, atm the entry is ilvl 220 and drops are 265 which is a huge boon for ppl behind, you can say that yes they still need to gear up to 220 but it's at least a better implementation than the original imho.

    I was ok with the old diadem, and the new one. Still could obviously be refined a bit, but a lot of the criticism on forums is a bit over the top. At least some of the enemies there have a chance to KO you, and they have enough HP that you can do proper rotations, and it's not as linear as standard straight-line dungeons, so it can't be all bad. It's a nice side content with nice rewards. Sometimes you get lucky and find a legendary clan mark log, or a rare minion, or a gear piece with good stats. For gathering it's also now the best way to collect certain materials or earn scrips fast.
