I don't think anyone will really hack in pvp. Using scripts/cheats, probably but hacking...never.

Using scripts IS hacking, you are adding or altering code in the game.
Things like Speed hack to increase movement and action/casting speed, phasing through objects, showing enemy locations, allowing certain items in areas of the game they aren't suppose to be in (PotD pomanders, for example), etc. These are all things players can do by using programs to alter scripts, player-side.
